The Connecting Rod washing machine is designed for cleaning of connecting rod with capacities ranging from different sizes & fixtures will be customized accordingly.

The parts to be loaded at the Front of the loading station manually. Once 2 hand Cycle Start push button is pressed, the door closes automatically through Pneumatic cylinder arrangement. After confirmation on door closing the Rotary basket starts to rotate thereby spraying will be done through nozzles & High pressure pump to cover the entire component surface.

After completion of washing process, DM Water Rinsing & Hot Air blowing is carried out to remove the excess water particles & attain the dryness level of the part. Once all these process has been completed then door opens automatically through pneumatic cylinder & take out the cleaned components manually.
